ME, MY PARENTS, AND HIM
[unedited]

Heyy, umm my boyfriend lives in a different state. He is planning on jus leaving there and moving here. He isnt 18.  Legally what can be done to make it ok.  He would be living with me and my parents. If his parents let him is there a way that it would be ok?

Dear D. S.

If his parents allow him to move into your house, it is their right to decide where he lives. He can not just leave.

If his parents do not allow the move, your parents would be harboring an underage person. They could be facing legal consequences. They might find themselves responsible for his support and conduct. If he remains after age 18, he might have TENANCY - that makes it difficult to make him leave.

Opinion: Inviting a hormonally rich teenage boy to move into a home with his teenage girl friend is somewhere between very questionable judgment and just plain “nuts.” After he turns 18, depending upon your age, sexual conduct might be statutory rape.

Read columns below for addition information. Your parents should seek legal counsel before making any incredibly hormone defying decision.

umm … dirrtysexxi is an “adorable” screen name.
