EXERCISE ROUTINE

Okay i am only 13 and i am 5'3 and am very into b-ball and running i weigh 94 pounds i feel very fat but i am not trying to lose weight i was just wondering if anybody knew a good exercise routine plz help track is soon

Dear Athlete,

Any exercise program should be undertaken with qualified supervision. Talk to your parents and the coach of the sport in which you are or want to be included.
Generally speaking, endurance is built in small measured steps, not pushing to the point of collapse. A medical exam wisely precedes any sport activity. Many kids get permanent injuries at a young age because of sports. Sports should be fun not life or health threatening.

Different body types and different endeavors are factors in selecting the best body weight and training. Some activities require building muscle and some call for endurance.

You are correct in seeking information about weight and workouts, but random inquiries on the Internet might not take into consideration your, age, gender, state of health, reasonable potentials and goals. Please get your parents involved before you do anything that might not improve your skills or have negative results.
