DO FENCE ME OUT

Me again!

I have a neighbor that will not install a fence around their above ground pool and will not pull the ladder up when it's not in use. I have contacted the zoning department, who sent out a letter and for ONE night, the ladder was removed. I have called again and again and am not getting any response or action. Our yard is fenced in, but you never know.

Dear Me Again,

Does their lack of proper precaution threaten you or yours in any way or are you seeking enforcement for the sake of enforcement.

If there is no threat to you, you did your duty by reporting the violation to the town. If no action is taken, a reminder (certified mail) in about a month is in order. If the town doesn't take action, you can sleep well knowing you tried.

If there is a clear and present danger; call the police, take pictures, document your position, sign a complaint, contact the local newspapers, and call a radio show. Fight to win.
