DISABILITY POSSIBILITY

Hi,

My name is Ronni. I recently had two surgeries, back to back, on my left knee. I am 42 years old and have had five surgeries in the last past 7 years; one on my shoulder, two on my right knee, two on my left knee, including a tissue transplant. My knees are still in the same shape. I have a hard manual job and 3 kids, and they wouldn't even pay me Workman's Compensation. I just want to know that if I applied for disability would I have a chance?

Ronni

Ronni,

[Uncleism; Life is a game. Your choice is to move your pieces around the board or not. But the game is ongoing.]

You have a chance at almost anything including winning the Lottery. The trick is to play the game to your advantage. Many worthy claims are denied until legal pressure enters the game.

First, be sure you have doctors that will document and support your claim. You will need someone to walk you through the preliminaries of the "game." There are attorneys that specialize in Disability claims. A widely advertised one won a case for a "niece" of mine. It took three years but she was awarded all back payments.

I understand that law, in such cases, limits attorney fees. Inquire and be sure you will not be overcharged. There should be no charge for a consultation.

Assemble your team and play the game.
